The New Zealand Sikh Youth has two constitutional branches of authority: the Executive Committee, responsible for governance and the Review Committee, which serves an oversight role. The organisation is registered in Aotearoa New Zealand under the Charities Act 2005 and the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.
